This website does not collect data automatically. It does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar), third-party pixels, or contact forms.
Personal data is processed only if you provide it, by contacting via:
- WhatsApp — messages are handled through the WhatsApp platform (Meta Platforms). See their privacy policy.
- Email — name, email address, and message content.
Data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if agreed, to manage the service relationship. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing without explicit consent.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on legitimate interest in responding to received communications (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, for contractual relationships, on performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Data retention
Communication data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, in the case of a contractual relationship, for legal obligations (up to 10 years for fiscal documentation). WhatsApp conversations are subject to Meta's policies.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
This website does not use profiling or analytics cookies. Only Google Fonts are loaded (HTTP requests to Google servers) and the JavaScript required for the site to function. There is no cookie banner because none is needed.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the data held about you
- Request rectification or erasure
- Object to processing or request restriction
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing)
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority
